Hola people!
I was thinking about it, and decided to write a blog about my birthday. My birthday is now over, it's been over for about an hour and nine minutes. But, I must say, it was one of the best birthday's I've ever had. It was full of so much activity and celebration. It was great.
The start of the day was good. It began with the awakening of a horrible nightmare (the first nightmare I've pretty much ever had in my life), and that was a good thing because I knew that the scary stuff I was dreaming about wasn't true. Then I started to get ready. I was taking my sweet time getting ready when all of a sudden Cathy calls me and says that I have to go to Oyishi right away. So then I have to get ready all quick.
The food was yummy at Oyishi, but it took quite a long time to get all of it too us. Cathy got an ebi roll. I thought that was funny. Steven got this massive plate full of...i don't know what. But there was just a lot of food there. All and all Oyishi was good, and fun. Denya paid for my meal. That's so nice!! She's great and awesome.
Then after that we went to Perkos to go get some ice cream. Denya gave me a ride because I didn't want to waste my gas, there she goes again being all nice. The ice cream was soooo good. We got this plate called pan-o-gold or something like that, and it had about four different flavors of ice cream on it. It was huge, and everybody kept on saying how cold and full they were. Honestly, I wasn't that cold or full. We almost finished it, but not quite.
After that, we went to Austins house to go "chill." It was fun. I played the piano for a somewhat significant amount of time while I was there because I really like the piano. I wish I could really play it though like I can play the flute. Someday....
After we went to Austins house, Denya had to drop off Cathy to her speech class, and she dropped me off to my car so that I could go home. Steven just stayed at Austins house. I got home and nobody, and I mean nobody was there, not even my brother or my grandma. It was a little scary, but then I just started playing video games and I wasn't scared anymore. So I played them for about two hours, then I was on my way to my non-party party, or my "shindig."
I'm getting a little tired now. And I think I might go to bed. I'll finish up this blog tomorrow (well actually today), but it's not like any of you guys were planning on reading it right now anyways so I don't even know why I'm typing this. Goodnight.
Okay...well, I'm back. It's been two days since I last wrote on this blog, sorry about that. Well, I guess I'm going to finish it now. What was this blog about again? My birthday? Okay. Oh yeah, the "shindig." It was really fun. I ate a jalapeno, it tasted like a pickle, a hot pickle. Hmm...oh yeah, my "shindig" was at round table. I played a video game and got really hyper, so now most of my friends know what I'm like when I play video games. :P
After we went to round table we went to go see Wall-E. And I must say (I think I say that alot in my blogs), it is like the cuuuutest movie ever. It's great and sends a great message that we need to clean up our environment.
So what did I get...I got a 20 dollar gift card from Starbucks from Julie and Jennifer, a 10 dollar jamba juice gift card from Jamie, a 15 dollar jamba juice gift card from Marcus, 20 dollars from my grandma, 20 dollars from Jeremy, 20 dollars from my cousin Mia, 20 dollars and a card that sings "happy birthday" when you open it from my aunt, an AP government book and ice cream from Cathy :P, 50 dollars and a card from mis padres(and my phone), and Denya bought me lunch and brought herself :P (if you know how awesome Denya is then you know that getting Denya for a birthday gift is one of the greastest gifts of all ). Fiona's gift is on the way.
So all and all a great birthday. I could say more but I'm alittle distracted by my thoughts on somthing else. So, there you go. Maybe I'll write another blog about these awesome three days of celebration soon. Bye. :D

Girls State 08
This blogs will be dedicated to my wonderful adventures of Girls State. I know I said before that I was going to write all of my blogs from now on in a journalistic style. But I think I may make an exception for this one. It was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. I will never forget it. I really don't know where to start off in this blog, so I might just randomly say things that pop into my head.
Well..it was really hot when I got there. But that was only the first day. It was cooler after that. Lets see, the first day I went into my dorm, and it was cool. We had the new dorms. Some people from different cities had the old dorms. And they didn't even have air conditioning. It was sad. Oh yeah, my city. I was part of the City of Lassen. And we were the lollipop lassens (woo!!! go lollipops). It was awesome. We had a whole candy theme going on and it was great. So yeah, anyways. I went in my dorm, and it was small, and my roomate wasn't there yet And I looked into the bathroom and it connected to the room next door. And then I walk in and see someone reading a book and immedietly introduce myself. Turns out her name is Denise, and she wants to go to Stanfrod and be a competitave ballroom dancer, and also major in biochemistry. She seems like she would be this very quiet, nice, and reserved girl , but when she starts doing her latin dancing, she's this whole other character. She's great, she was our city outstanding citizen and Secretary of State. I was proud to have her as my suitemate (however you spell that).
Let's see, my roomate. She didn't come till later in the first day. But she was really nice. Her name is Christy. She's from Fresno. That was cool because we were both from the central valley.
Well, let's see...my city. Hmm...well I already told you my city was Lassen. So I guess I tell you more stuff about it. Well, the first day I went into the city meeting room, it was cool. There was a kitchen right next to yet. One of the days it smelled like someone was making brownies. I loved it. So yeah, I entered the city room, and there were only a few people in there. The first person I can remember being there was a girl named Jordan. She's from a place up north called Martinez. I think she flew back...alot of people flew actually. I thought that was crazy. She was the acting mayor at the time. I also met other people when I first got there, some off the top of my head are....Jessica, Nicole, Christina, and Victoria. All very nice girls and all from different parts of California. It was crazy meeting girls from all different places. And like, each of them had like, a special talent of their own. It was crazy. And all of them were doing something right after this, like they would be home for about two days and then they were off again to do something. It was quiet fascinating.
Hmm...I ran for City Council. And I got it. It was cool but I was kind of hoping I would lose just so I could run for something else. For the experience. But yeah, it was cool. Hmm...I was kind of hopeing to go in choronological order with this blog. But I don't think that is going to happen.
Well lets see, I should talk about the scheduel. They have, every single second of ever single day scheduled out. It's crazy. We go breakfast at 7:15, then we usually have meetings from 8:00 to 12. Then we have lunch at twelve. Then after twelve we had rest time, sometimes for thiry minutes, sometimes for fourty five mintues, sometimes for an hour. That was the time where you were meant to stay in your room and just rest and rejuvenate. Of course I worked for the newspaper so we usually had a newspaper staff meeting that took up about half the time. Then after rest time you had meetings until four thirty-ish. Then you had recreation. It was similar to rest except you could go outside of your room and do stuff. I myself did orchestra during rec time. It was fun. Then after rec was dinner, then meetings, then city friendship about fourty five minutes before you go to bed, then bed.
Cell phones...they were not allowed to be used AT ALL unless it was during rest or rec time. And even then they weren't allowed to be used outside of the dorm rooms. Actually they couldn't come out of the dorm rooms at all, even if they were you're time tellers. We weren't allowed to use them at night before we go to sleep either. But all and all I guess I was in favor of this rule. Girls State is a time where you learn new things and meet new people and bond with those people, not to be stuck in your little world back home. So yeah, it was all good.
Boys...as you know, this was Girls State, so there was "not a guy in the vicinity." :P (Yes, just this once, I am going to right about the opposite sex). Everytime a guy walked by, it was hard for anyone of us to resist staring. Yes, it was that sad. None of the speakers were even guys. Being in a place all week with nothing but estrogen, sounds interesting. It was, nothing but female voices, and girls started even going to the men's room (I have a picture of that :P). It was interesting, but nonetheless, great. I really liked it with only girls. I know if there were boys there, there wouldn't be much getting done. And it was fun just bonding with all the girls.
The songs they taught us were funny. They were like, something you wouldn't expect to hear from Girls State. I would post the lyrics to one of the songs, but it might ruin it if a future Girls Stater reads this blog (which I doubt any one of them will, but you never know). We also did cheers, many many cheers, city cheers, county cheers, party cheers, and state cheers. I actually have a video of the parties going at it before an assembly. I should post it. It's great. The parties were named the Torys and the Whigs. The Torys believed in the government controlling the economy and stuff, where as the Whigs did not. So yeah. I was a Tory (woo! go Torys)!! I don't really know if it's Torries, or Torys. I'm just going to say Torys. But yeah, Torys and Whigs. And together we were the Twigs. It was great. We also did spirit fingers instead of clapping. We didn't clap because during candidate speeches, clapping would take up time whereas silent cheers (spirit fingers), didn't.
What else is there to talk about. Hmm...the first day we had a scavenger hunt. Our city didn't win. I was sad. There was also a relay. They were called the "yagottawannaplaya relays." It was loads of fun. I had to bob for golf balls in a small pool, after someone else already did it. I'm very proud of that moment actually, because if I can do that, then I can do anything. That's what I'm going to keep telling myself.
I worked for the newspaper while I was there. It was called The Daily Stater and it was pretty cool. I wrote one article for every day, something that most of the city editors did not do. But I must say this, I wrote an article for one day and they gave the credit to someone else. Yes, it irritated me for quite a bit, but I am always willing to forgive and forget. And at least I know that I wrote the article.
Talent show....the talent show was the most amazing talent show I have ever seen in my life. When it said talent show it really meant talent show. They had dancers, flute players, violenists, singers, composers, piano players, and even a girl who was named the number one teen magician in the world. All of these acts may seem pretty ordinary, but they were not. All of them were extraordinary at what they do. I would write about each act but I do not have the will power to do it.
We had amazing speakers. Two of them I can think of right now are the Secretary of State and an emmy award winning journalist. We also had the mayor of claremont and Michele Jackman, someone who's from the auxiliary I think. Each speaker had something very inspiring to say. They were not boring at all.
Well, since I'm not really in the mood to write right now, I am going to stop. If I think of anything I will add it in later. But all and all, my adventures from Girls State were wonderful and inspiring, and unforgettful. It was truly one of the best weeks of my life. If you read the end of this blog, then leave me a comment saying "and neck and neck and neck and neck"...hehe. :P Okay, thank you all. Bye. :D

Another...
Well, I decided to do another one of these since Cathy didn't seem too impressed by the last one. Maybe this one will be more impressive. Probably not though.
Hmm....did I mention the summer tech camp in the other one? I dunno, I guess I will have to mention it again. The Grizzly Gazette is hosting a summer tech camp for middle schoolers to make their mock up newspapers. It's fun, I get to teach little kids about writing and computers. And I get paid for it, even though I wouldn't mind getting paid for it too. So yeah, that takes up about three hours of my day, and the next three hours go to tutoring. It's kinda like I have two jobs. I love tutoring. One day I am just going to go to their house and play video games and watch anime with them. This summer is pretty busy, busier than any summer I've had before. I like it though, it's fun.
Next week I'm off to Girls State. It will be the longest time I've been away from home, which is sad because it is only for a week. It's going to be an interesting experience. I don't think I will see a male's face for an entire week. I wonder how I will last. Maybe I will just stare at their pictures in my phone. Or is that a little stalker-ish? Oh well.
All and all I am quite excited for Girls State. I want to work for their newspaper and make it extremely awesome. I also want to join the band and the choir, and maybe even run for something, something small of course.
After Girls State is my birthday, then three weeks of nothing (well actually I'm still tutoring so that's something). Then North Carolina, then journalism training, then school starts. Wow, summer went by rather quickly didn't it?
Wow. This blog is booooring. I was going to try to write more about my day to day life in this one but I am getting quite bored. There is nothing exiting about my day to day life. My life isn't as exiting as Fiona's (I read her blogs and they are fascinating).tAnd I doubt anybody would want to read it. I like reading my personal journals (blogs, whatever you want to call them) more because they are far more interesting, and I have alot more to say, whereas here I am already running out. My life can't be that boring can it? Probably. I think maybe, only Cathy will read this blog. And possibly other people, if they want to.
I've been reading other people's blogs, and most of them seem to talk a cute guy. I've come to the conclusion that most, if not all, people's lives revolve around the opposite gender (or the same one if they swing that way). If they are single, they want someone (or just like someone), and if they're not single then they totally devote their life to their significant other. The majority of people's private conversations (from what I've seen) have been about a member(s) of the opposite sex. It's quite interesting in the way humans can be so infatuated in other humans. It's strange. Hmm....what else to talk about? Bad grammar bothers me, not so much in talking but in writing it really bothers me. Even though I do it sometimes. Well probably more than sometimes, but I try not to. My head itches, and I told Marcus I would go next door pretty soon. I wonder what more there is to talk about. Nothing really. Today has been the first non-busy day I've had all week. I should go make spaghetti. I can't spell that. I wish I was a better speller.
Well, I have talked waaay too much abot myself. What about you? How has your life been going lately? I wonder how many people are going to answer that. Oh yeah, if you read the end of this blog entry then you have to leave a comment (or just write to me or something) saying "Oohhh yeaaaah!!!" or else I will no that you didn't read it. I figure I will probably do something like this for every blog entry...if I continue with it.
I can't believe I'm going to be a senior next year. Lucky seniors, they already get to leave. I'm jealous....
Well, it was nice and all but I should go next door I guess. From now on I am going to write my blogs in a journalistic-ish style. One thought per paragraph. So the paragraphs will be short and choppy. So bye! Have an exillerating summer. I can't spell that.
Adios.

Title....
I'm writing this blog for the amuzement of Cathy Bounchareune. I don't know if I spelt that right. She wanted people to start writing blogs so I decided to start one as well (ooh yeah, conformation rocks). This blog is green I think.....I didn't want it to be green. Oh well, I guess there's nothing I can do about it. Or is there? I think there is. If you are reading this and the blog is not green than that means that I have found a way of changing the color.
Hmm....so what can I write about. Nothing really, my life is not very interesting, and nobody probably wants to read this anyways. So really there is no point. I should read other people's blogs. I was starting to read Denya's, but then I got sidetracked. I should read it again. Hmm...I'm a tutor. It's really fun. I really like the girl I'm tutoring. She is a sweetheart. And her sister is too, but I don't tutor her. But I can't tell anyone because they told me not to, so I can't mention names. :P Haha. I got a cool Pakistanian dress today. It was pretty much awesome. They gave it to me after I was done tutoring. They are so nice. It was cool. I also did the summer tech camp today. That was fun. I like working with the little middle schoolers. I didn't realize how little they were until I looked at them. I always felt so big when I was in middle school. I guess I was just young and nieve...I can't spell that. I suck at spelling.
This blog pretty much sucks. Everyone who reads it will probably get bored. I can go on and on writing (I usually write ALOT when I write to myself) but nobody would read it. So yeah, what else is there to say. Nothing for right now I guess. It's weird when people write journal entries or blogs (that are private), because they are the only ones who read them. They are just writing to themselves, so they are kind of talking to themselves. That's funny. So those people who make fun of people who talk to themselves and write journal entries to themselves, are being hypocrites. HAHA!!!! That's great. What else is there to talk about? Should I go into something simple or complex? Personal or casual? I don't know. I doubt anybody will read this. Or if they do they will get bored. I kind of want to know who is going to read this thing to the end. So, if you read this to the very end. Then leave me a comment that says. "What is love, baby don't hurt me." Haha. Yup. So there you go. This sucks. Bye. :D
Oh yeah...people who act emo annoy the heck out of me. Well, not the people in general, just the fact that they are emo.
Hmm....so what can I write about. Nothing really, my life is not very interesting, and nobody probably wants to read this anyways. So really there is no point. I should read other people's blogs.
